Dr. Tan Ling Ling received her first-class honours BSc Degree in Chemical Technology in 2006 and PhD Degree in Chemistry in 2009 in the areas of optical chemical sensor and electrochemical biosensor from Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia. During her PhD study, she attached to National University of Singapore for a collaborative research work in the areas of electrochemistry and analytical chemistry. She used to be a technical assistant in the Department of Reliability and Integrity Engineering, Material, Corrosion and Inspection Section, Production and Corrosion Chemistry Unit, PETRONAS Carigali Sdn Bhd-Sarawak Operations for 2 years. She was a Postdoctoral Researcher in UKM Chemical Sensor and Biosensor Research Group in 2011. Besides, she has been serving as a Senior Lecturer in Universiti Malaysia Pahang from 2011-2013. Presently she is a Senior Lecturer/Research Fellow, and serving as the Coordinator of Technological Hazards Programme in Southest Asia Disaster Prevention Research Initiative (SEADPRI-UKM), Institute for Environment and Development (LESTARI), UKM. She has 12 years of research experience in the optical and electrochemical sensor/biosensor developments. Her research focuses on developing highly sensitive nanoscale analytical devices based on advanced materials and their functionalized derivatives.

Risfendra, Ph.D started his career as an Electrical Engineering lecturer in Universitas Negeri Padang since 2005. He completed his bachelor degree in Electronics Education Engineering at the same university  in 2003. He accomplished his Master degree in Electrical Engineering from Institut Sepuluh Nopember Surabaya and Ph.D degree in Electrical Engineering from Southern Taiwan University of Science and Technology, Taiwan in 2008 and 2017 respectively. He has conducted a lot of researches of Control system and its application on electric drive performance, FPGA based Control IC design and Industrial Automation Technologies, etc. Collaborate with other authors he wrote many publications were published in International Journal and IEEE explorer website since 2015. Currently, he is responsible for Head of Electrical Engineering Department - Universitas Negeri Padang.

Premalatha Logamani working as professor in Vellore Institute of Technology, Chennai, Tamilnadu, India. She received her B.E degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Thiagarajar College of Engineering, Madurai Kamaraj University, Tamilnadu, India in 1995 and M.E degree in Power System  Engineering from the same college and University in 1997. She received her Ph.D in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Guindy College of Engineering, Anna University, Chennai, Tamilnadu , India in 2009. She was associated with UMPEDAC, University of Malaya , Kuala Lumpur in 2013-2014 as post doctoral fellow. She has more than 23 years of teaching and research experience. Her research interests include Power electronics in power systems, Renewable energy systems and EMI analysis.

Abdul Razak, associate professor in Biology Departement, Universitas Negeri Padang, West Sumatera Indonesia. He recived his BSc. Degree in Biology specializing in Plant Ecology, from Biology Andalas University, Padang, Indonesia, Magister Science from Marine Biology (Animals Ecology) Agriculture University (IPB University) Indonesia, Doktor of Phylosophy Ecology received also from Marine Biology (Animals Ecology, Vision of Fishes) Bogor Agriculture  University in 2005. Since 2005 -2020, research about Vision Fish, Scale Fishes and develop materials from Herbal for some products organics materials.
